Women on Mission

Our Women on Mission(WOM) team is an extremely busy team headed by Stephanie Harrison and Helen Clark. This team meets monthly so be sure to check the events page for the next meeting date and time. The WOM team coordinates various ministries including:

• Operation Christmas Child Shoe box ministry
• The Lottie Moon offering
• Annie Armstrong offering
• Haven Banquet held in February
• LAMP banquet

In addition to the ministries listed above, this team also makes teddy bears for children who are in the hospital, as well as, feeds the Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) 6 times a year at their Wednesday lunches!

Announcements

• Thanks to all who gave so generously to the Lottie Moon Christmas offering, we surpassed our goal of $35,000. (highest goal ever) and collected a total of $39,820.82 with $718.96 coming from the Lottie Moon Post Office!
• Thanks to those who brought in the Coats for Christmas for the children in North Korea, what a blessing you will receive!
• We made 475 bears throughout the year and delivered them so the children going in for surgery would get a touch of love from Northside. We also made and delivered 50 bears to the Valdosta Police Department.

Help Needed

• Please pray for God’s provision for the following items which are needed for the Pregnancy Support Clinic “Baby Mall”:
  - Girl’s spring/summer clothes, sizes newborn through 12 months
  - Cribs and crib mattresses
